Livinn is a community of buildings designed for young people, students, and entrepreneurs from all over the world. Fully furnished and flexible accommodations for residents with several common areas which make Livinn an amazing experience.

HOW CAN I FIND OUT THE AVAILABILITY
OF FLOORS AND APARTMENTS?

The availability of floors and apartments can be
seen at the time of signing a contract.

HOW WILL THE
USE OF SERVICES BE AVAILABLE?
(PRINTING STATION, GYM, GAME ROOM, ETC.)

Residents will be given a proximity card to access these services.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO RESERVE THE COMMON ÁREAS?

The meeting rooms are suitable for reservations according to availability at the time, however, larger facilities such as swimming pool, yoga room, study rooms can not be reserved for personal use, as they are common areas of the building.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO RECEIVE VISITORS? AT ANY TIME?

The residents can invite friends or family to Livinn, simply by registering their guests through our application. There are no restrictions on guest hours, as the building as 24/7 in-house management and front desk staff.

WHAT ARE THE HOURS PERMITTED TO MAKE NOISE
DURING THE WEEK?

The residents can make noise until 11:00 PM during the week and until 2:00AM on the weekends.

ALL OF THE APARTMENTS HAVE PARKING SPACES?

The residents who have a car or motorcycle pay additional rent for the use of parking.

IS THERE ACCESS AND ACCOMMODATION FOR THE DISABLE?

Yes, there is access and accommodation for disabled residents.

IS IT PERMITED TO SMOKE INSIDE OF THE APARTMENTS?

It is not permited to smoke inside of the building or areas with roofs. The residents can smoke on their balconies, in the common areas that are outdoors, and/or outside of the Livinn premises.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

Pets are not allowed inside of the building.

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE EVENT THAT THERE
ARE PROBLEMS OF COEXISTENCE IN THE PARTS?

In the event that there is a conflict between roommates, we will use the opportunity to teach about commitment and coexistence. If residents resolve their differences, they continue to share together. If you can not reach an agreement, one of the two residents will move to another room. We have 24 hour resident life staff who will assist in the coexistence and the well-being of the students.

WHAT ARE THE FORMS OF PAYMENT?

We do not accept checks, we do accept: paypal,
credit cards, transfers, and direct deposits.

WHAT DOES THE GAURANTEE INCLUDE?

The security deposit is to ensure that the resident returns the apartment and furniture in the same state in which he/she received it.

CAN I RENEW MY CONTRACT FOR ANOTHER YEAR?

The residents can pot to renew another year stay,
but month to month renewals are not permitted.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT?

The residents have to find someone to take over
their contract is they wish to leave
